Some Screens are working some are not

Hello all,

We have installed Cisco DMS 5.1 with 12 DMP 4400 running ver 5.1

I have uploaded the images into server & through server i push to all DMP's.

Some of the screens are prompting the presentation but some of them are showing black screen. All DMP's are appearing with Green Check Mark in DMS server.

But still some of them are working & some are not.

Any suggestion ?

When you go into the web interface of the DMPs not working, under Display Attributes, does the Auto Detection Status show Succeed or Failed? (assuming you are using HDMI)

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply but i already fixed the issue.

The problem i was putting wrong DNS entry to the DMP's which was failing to resolve it into hostname of DMS server.

Once i put the correct DNS it starts working fine.
