Hi

we have 2 stacked 3750  and 1 2960x switch per floor that TVs are connected to them

and they work just fine since 3 month ago that some TVs from same floors that use same switches not showing

multicast streaming video i 've checked configuration and everything seems perfect but didn't work , my only solution that day was to change multicast address from 239.1.1.1 to 239.2.2.2 and problem solved ,

but today that problem happened again and changing address doesn't work either .

my config :

interface Vlan110
description IPTV
ip address 192.168.110.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.110.1
ip pim sparse-dense-mode
ip igmp helper-address 192.168.120.6
ip igmp join-group 239.3.3.3
ip igmp join-group 239.1.1.1
ip igmp join-group 239.2.2.2
ip igmp query-interval 60

interface Vlan120

description  Server-net
ip address 192.168.120.1 255.255.255.0
ip pim sparse-dense-mode
ip igmp helper-address 192.168.120.6
ip igmp join-group 239.3.3.3
ip igmp join-group 239.1.1.1
ip igmp join-group 239.2.2.2

on each interface vlans of streamer server and tvs .

plz help idk what to do
