I wouldn't suggest doing that. I once tried a VERY simple UPDATE query on Unity Connection, and the whole database got corrupted and I had to re-install the whole system.
Besides, why would you want to do that with a SQL query if you can simply doing it with a bulk?
Just go to: Bulk Administration -> Users -> Updates Users -> Query. If you intend to update all the users, just press "Find" and it'll show all of them, then you can go and change those specific settings for all of your users in one simple bulk.
If you want to change only specific users, so just go to:
Bulk Administration -> Users -> Updates Users -> Custom File
There you can run a custom file that you need to create. I attached you an example as CSV file, this is the correct template to do that.
