Static with IP Phones

I am having a problem with my IP phones. I am continuously getting static while having a conversation.

Any help would be grateful. IT is only happening on the IP phone side of the conversation

Which phone load are you using? Also is the static occuring on 7960, 7935?

WE are using phone load PC03A300 and we are using 7960 phones

That's the Boot Load. We were asking for the App Load.
