Strange number found in CDR

We pull CDR information on our callmanager nightly. I have discovered a strange number in the OriginalCalledPartyNumber and FinalCalledPartyNumber. they all look like this:

b0029603002

Does anyone know what this might mean. I can see my number in the CallingPartyNumber field
