Subscriber's template

Hi,<br> I have users in default subscriber template now that I need to move them into "Employees subscriber's template". How can I do it ? Thanks for all advices.<br>Duc<br><br>

Templates will be used for the creation of subscribers. Once they are created, you can't move from one template to another.

How can I make a global change to all subscribers? I want to change a Conversation attribute on an entire class of server or group of subscribers.

Class of service changes will affect all subscribers in that class of service, but the COS settings are usually upper bounds, not default settings.

You can use a tool like Bulk Edit from www.answermonkey.net to make bulk changes to subscriber properties.
