Subscriber upgrade issue on UCS from 8.0.3 to 8.6.2

After trying twice to upgrade the CUCM subscriber on UCS from 8.0.3 to 8.6.2, we still don't see the new version 8.6.2 on the secondary partition. That is, only one installed version 8.0.3 on the list. Would anyone know the reason why.

What does the upgrade logs mention about errors??

Did this work fine on the PUB??

We didn't see any errors or warning at the whole time during the upgrade. And we did see it says the upgrade was successful at the end of upgrade. PUB was completely fine, using the same COP and upgrade .iso files.

Would this be a potential VM issue, as the PUB is on C210, while the SUB is on a B series UCS?

Not sure this applies to your situation, but I ran into the bug(?) upgrading my cluster where you had to switch versions using the recovery disk.
