Hi
I've noticed that some routers always prompt me to erase the flash: when I copy something from TFTP... It's worrying that a customer will try to update a ringlist or something and wipe all the files off the CME router!
Anyone know how to prevent this prompt unless necessary (i.e. the flash is too full)@??

When it asks for erasing the flash, Just press N and it should just copy the file rather than trying to erase. I guess the only way to prevent him from erasing the file is to educate him.

It's for a CME customer - in order to edit speed dials they need to copy in the xml file via TFTP... I don't want them to have to call us out when they accidentally delete it!
It would be nice were there a way to edit the speed dial list via the admin web page....
