I need to get information on which ODBC drivers need to be loaded for the interface for Symon readerboard to work with IP Contact Center callcenter application.
I assume that you're dealing with ICM (IPCC Enterprice)? IPCC uses a SQL-server, so you'll need the SQL-ODBC driver (which is a "standard" driver) to make an ODBC-connection to the ICM Database on the AW (Admin Workstation).
