System hangs

I have call manager 3.3(2)sp c.I have the softphone users. When they are talking to someone on the softphone and the other party hangs the line,the system hangs or crashes.You have to power reboot the system. This is going on 3-4 computers. Any idea.

Do u have softphone installed only on these 3-4 PC's? Do u have softphone on other PC's that are working fine? If that is the case, u might want to check the different application/hotfix between the working and non-working PC.

Also, can u provide more detail about the PC this problem is happening to, such as OS, CPU, memory, etc.

We have around 20 softphones on 20 different computers. SOme are new brand computers and some are old but not too old.Out of 4 computers 2 are new brand with P4 and 128MB. They just use for Citrix,Outlook and intenet.2 others computers are Celeron 566/766 with 128MB RAM.The new one are windows 2000 and Windows XP,the old one's are windows 98.Thansk for the help.
