We are trying to get TAPS working on a CCM cluster. TAPS installed all services are running but when we call the CTI_RP we et a single ring and then the call disconnects.
Extended Services is installed on the Publisher and the CTI_Ports are registerd with the Subscriber-Primary CCM.
Can anyone help?
