The voice monitor button is invisible

Follwed cisco's document,desktop supervisor can be used to monitor agent's call. but why The voice monitor button is invisible? I have already configured RSPN, NIC binding, and changed the registry value.

Any thoughts?

The voice monitor button should not be invisible. Maybe you have misconfigured something.
