I set the system clock to the correct time but the phones are showing 5 hours earlier. The display was right about a week ago then the vendor changed something and now I can't get the phones to read the right time. No matter what I set the system time to the phones never change. Is there a command to tell the phones what time to display and how do you set it?

Seems like the timezone is not set correctly
Have you checked the Date/Time-group in the callmanager?

Reset the IP Phone's respective Device-Pool, however be cautious when doing this depending on how many devices are registered at time.
If your large numbers of phones I would recommend this course of action is carried out of hours.
When the phone registers to CCM is should pickup the correct time. As a test you could perhaps reset one IP Phone, and when you are assured this works proceed to restart the others.
