Transfer voice mail without ring!?!?!

Is there anyway to transfer call to voice mail directly without ringing??

Thanks carijit, I've never heard of iDivert until your post. After all the research I've done concerning a DND button I've never heard of this. Thanks!

One question about it... is there any way to rename the softkey from iDirect to DND for example? Managers are never 100% satisified... hehe

If you are talking about user A transfer to User B's VM without B's phone ringing see this link. It talks about CallManager 3.2.2 but it still works, I have used it on many installs on 3.2 up to 4.0.
