When someone dials my extension and presses the 1 key during my greeting, I want that call to be transferred to a different extension and ring the phone at that ext. When pressing the 1 key, the call gets transferred to the other extension's greeting and doesn't ring the phone. How can I get the call to transfer and ring the phone.
In Caller Input, I have the 1 key set for Attempt to transfer to subscriber.

if you have "attempt transfer" set for the one key rule (which it sounds like you do) the next most likely issue is you don't have a transfer rule setup on the call handler you're sending the call to. Try setting the "alternate" trasnfer rule to active and set the number you want to ring there (and set it for release or supervised etc...). Then try a test call again. Using the alternate transfer rule will over ride the other transfer rules and ignore the time of day so you're sure you're working with the right one.
If THAT doesn't work, there's something else going on that will need a new approach.
