Transport Link status shows down on show ISDN status output

Hi Experts,

I would like to know whether is it Service provider issue or Voice gateway issue

when I enter the command show ISDN status the transport link status shows down, but Controller's and D-Channels are up and running.

Kindly help.

Hi,

Can you start "Debug isdn q921" and then "shut" and then "no shut" the controller. Once done attach the debug to forum.
