Is there any impact on turning off tracing from Pub and Sub, (uncheck the Trace On checkbox under serviceability). Is any level of tracing required for regular operating of Callmanager ?

Once your CM deployment is running stable in your environment it is generally recommended to turn tracing down(error) or off.
The downside is that if a problem does arise, you will not have the traces from the first instance of the issue.
Even if tracing was left on, it is typical for the TAC to want more traces to capture the problem anyway. To avoid that, you would have to have detailed tracing set on most of the components (not good).
So, in general a stable network should have traces turned down or off.

I know this an old post, but is this recommendation still apply? If so, where could I reference it?
If it's not, is there a list of recommended traces to configure on UCM, UCxn, UCCX, etc?
Thanks.
