When an analog call is received on the turret and transferred to a CM Ip phone the call is immediately transferred (as a blind transfer) and the user on the turret side (the one who transfer the call) receives a immediate dial tone. How can we change this to consultant transfer?
You may want to consult the turret vendor on how their transfer feature works. I'm not sure if this is a CallManager related issue. Does transferring from turret to turret support consultant transfer?
