I have SIP line configured in CUBE which is registered in CUCM. CUE is also configured in CUCM. Whenever i dial main SIP line, cube translate into CTI route point number and greeting message is played. At this moment, when we dial extension number then it doesn nothing and transfer the line to operator.
Dial-peer is configured with dtmf-relay sip notifiy but still same problem. any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
