Unable to login to MediaSense Administration using API User

I have been using my API User ID to login to Cisco Mediasense administration page. Suddenly it stopped working for me, I get invalid user ID or password error when I try to login now.

The API user ID is synced with CUCM hence I suspect some issue between CUCM and Mediasense. I dont have any other credentials to login to the administration page, except the SSH credentials.

Any idea what could be the reason for this ?

Hi,

You can try the following:

Restart the AXL service on CUCM

Restart the Cisco MediaSense API service on MediaSense

Reset the password of the user on AD
