I have a Call manager 3.1.3a intergrated with Active directories. I have just installed the IP phone services "personal address book" and "fast dials".
When accessing the "My address book" and "fast dials" from the phone. I get
User unable to be validated. The PIN has been set on the CCMUSER page and all the appropriate parameters in the Call manager admin ip services page. Any ideas what the problem is? Is active directory intergration stuffing this up?
The TABSync on the client PC authenicates to the Outlook contact list OK.
Also my HTML CCMUSER page always brings up an error when trying to add a new personal address book entry, fast dials page wont even open. checked IE version etc still no go !!!
