Hello all looking for a quick few answers on the Unified attendant console version 9.0.
First question the Attendant console client user frame display stops at a certain point on all consoles. The user information is there when the attendant types in the search field but it just doesn't display without typing in the search field. I assume its a record limit or something.
Second we need to give a supervisor access to the reports on the Web Admin but we do not want to give the supervisor the actual admin account. I have looked high and low to find an answer, but i have not found where I can create even another admin account.
