I am graduate student at Dokuz Eylül University (Turkey) and I am preparing a finishing project for it. I need some documents about "The Development and Usage Areas of Unified Communication". Please help or share me documents or links of unified communications and components? 

Also I need some results and some articles about "The development of Cisco unified communications in the pandemic and the change in market share".
