Unity 2.4.6.102 VMO 2.3.0.60 and Office XP or Office 2000

Customer is having problems with Dell Optiplex GX150's and GX260's. Windows 2000 Pro with either Office 2000 or office 2002 (XP). The VMO install fails 1/2 way through. When they try to launch a voicemail message through Outlook the get a conflict error message. They disable the Audio card (Sound Blaster) and it works. Any thoughts?

We have a known problem with VMO and the default Dell drivers ( I cant for the life of remember the name of the drivers, and am at home without my internal resources, sorry). You can open a TAC case so we can attach it to the open defect. It's been a problem for ages....
