Unity 4.03 and Exchange 2000

new install with existing exchange 2000. i am running CUICA step 3...configure unity services.

after i click exchange 2000 and next i get an error:

mapisvc.inf is complete

whatn do i do to overcome this. i am at customer's site and this is time critical.

This message was generated by a SysCheck test that is run when the Service Configuration Wizard is launched. From your message, it appears that SysCheck was returning the message, "mapisvc.inf is incomplete". Is this correct? Were you able to work with TAC last night to resolve this problem?

yes, thank you. i copied an older file into the folder of the recent file and renamed the file and it worked
