Old version 2.1 - new version 3.01. After the upgrade the brooktrout card (4 port analog) was not recognized by the bridge (shows no lines available in web interface).
We did have to obtain a new license file - wondering if the card doesn't show because the new license is botched?? or is it that 3.01 might not support the card.
Any help is welcome.
Thanks,
Matt

Not sure about upgrading issues, but we've had situations b4 when the brookt cards are not available due to 'IRQ issues' (with 4-5 cards installed). The cards all come up ok, but after 10mins or so one of them goes offline. It may be worth just checking in Device Manager.

Most likely a licensing issue. All the same rev of TR114 cards are supported in 3.0(1) as 2.1(4).
Did you have any problems installing the Bridge License Wizard? How may ports does the license wizard say you are licensed for? Make sure you restart the Unity Bridge service after running the Bridge License Wizard to apply the port license.
Check the Application Event Log for the Info messages from source Bridge after starting the Unity Bridge service. One of those messages will indicate how many ports it thinks it's licensed for.
As far as Device Manager, be aware that the PCI TR114 cards will always show as unknown PCI device - this is expected and does not indicate a problem.

Hi, it was a license problem - got a new one from TAC and the lines appeared right away.
Thanks for the input,
Matt
