Unity Bulk Logout for Ex5.5 to Ex2k3 migration

All,

I'm having some errors when attempting to BulkLogout users from Ex5.5 prior to moving them to Ex2k3.

I do have Unity integrated with 2k3 and 2 subscribers in 2k3 who I logged out using DohPropTest and migrated.

Errors follow below. Is this expected or unusual. I've logged in using both the original 5.5 service account and the current e2k install account.

Thanks,

Chris

That error coming back from the notifier interface can mean a couple of things - most commonly the user in question has no notification devices at all (including no MWIs defined) - if that's the case there's nothing to worry about. It can also mean those users mailboxes are on Exchange 2000/3 and I get an error back asking for the logout. In that case be sure to log them out manually using the DOH.

As a side note, the release of Unity 4.0(4) will include an updated version of Bulk Logout that can work with Ex55/2000 or 2003 no problem - this version wont work with earlier versions of Unity, though, since it uses updated Notifier interface that didn't exist prior to 4.0(4).

Thanks Jeff, that would explain it. Those 'test' mailboxes to be moved didn't have anything really associated with them.

On a semi-related note. How will Unity behave if subscriber mail stores are renamed. Will the Unity synchronization process handle this change ?
