In theory you can use the UNITY Demo software for Time-Of-Day call routing, but would this be supported by Cisco in a live environment ? As fas as I know there is no simple Time-Of-Day routing available from Cisco, but the Unity demo kit is perfect for this function. Does anybody have any information on this ? Would Cisco support such an implementation ?

no... we wont support Unity running in a production environment unless it's been properly licensed. The keyless demo version is for folks wanting to test out Unity in a lab environment and the like, not for a customer's site.

Thanks for the prompt response.
I thought as much, but I had to confirm. As far as I am aware, there is no Time-Of-Day function for Call Manager yet and Unity does such a good job using Call Routing and Schedules. Never mind. Do you know of any plans for TOD Call Routing in Call Manager ?
