Unity Express 8.0.2, DTMF issue

Hi guys!:

Pleaseee, heeelp! I have a customer running CUE 8.0.2 and he enabled notifications through cell phone. When you receive a voice mail, CUE calls you on the cell phone that you previusly configured and tell you... "This is Unity Express, you have 1 new voice mail. To listen your voicemails enter your extension now follow by pound sign" Then, the user dial from his cell phone the extension, for example, 1000#. But the CUE answers "To listen your voicemails enter your extension now follow by pound sign" as if none DTFM were received and no matter how many times you try to dial the extension, you received the same message and after you hear 3 times the message the call is disconnected by CUE. It's funny because if you dial directly from your cell phone to CUE's number you can reach it and when CUE asks you for your extension and password it works perfectly but when CUE calls you it appears as if you cannot send DTMF. Any idea??? Thank you sooooooooooooo much in advance!!

You have CUE, and what else ?

Hi!:

Sorry... CUCM 6.1.5 and a local carrier tellular. They have a contract with Telcel (Mexico's popular carrier). I don't know if this is enough.

You also have a voice gateway, wich IOS version and which protocol does it use with CUCM ?
