I'm looking for a way to tell callers that "they are being recorded" then to have the call transferred automatically to the operator. Anyone know a good way to do this. I was looking at auto attendant but i don't think that will work because it wants to play a message a certain amount of times and then hang up.

In Unity Express you can write your own scripts...
A simple one with a played prompt and a call redirect should see you good.

These scripts are a little confusing can you tell me where they are located at on the router to download the one we are using now, where i can use it as a template. I only see our ringers and prompts wav when i list the directory on the router.
