Unity express setting message before transfer to operator

I'm looking for a way to tell callers that "they are being recorded" then to have the call transferred automatically to the operator. Anyone know a good way to do this. I was looking at auto attendant but i don't think that will work because it wants to play a message a certain amount of times and then hang up.

Hi

In Unity Express you can write your own scripts...

A simple one with a played prompt and a call redirect should see you good.

See:

These scripts are a little confusing can you tell me where they are located at on the router to download the one we are using now, where i can use it as a template. I only see our ringers and prompts wav when i list the directory on the router.

Hi

Take a look at this one then:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel3_2/administrator/script/edover.html

Probably best to read the whole thing, but this chapter has a nice walk through:

Alternatively (or as well as) take a look at the download page on CCO for your version of CUE. There is a set of example IVR script syou can download...
