Unity Express Voice mail

Hi all

I am running callmanager express 3.2 and Unity Express 1.1.

When the user does not answer their IP phone the caller gets forwarded to the mailbox. The caller then has the option to leave a message or press 0 to return to the operator.

When the call goes back to the operator, it comes up as forward XXXX (The actual operator number). I want it to come up with MMMM (The voice mailbox number). Can this be done?

Also is it possible that I can make more options available on the voicemail above 0 for an operator?

No, the problem is that CUE is simply redirecting the call from voicemail, so you can't even do a translation rule or anything since you won't know where the call came from.
