Hi,
I have integrated a Unity server witha call manager. When I look at the call viewer, all the calls that comes to the Unity are Internal ( origin Internal) even if the call comes from the PSTN. What is the case where I will have an origin : external ???
regards
Frederic

That is expected behavior because of the way the TSP presents caller information to Unity. You typically get Origin: External on PBX integrations where trunk info is provided.
This behavior may change with future releases of Unity, CCM, or the TSP.

MysterX is correct. There aren't any blatent messages sent via Skinny to Unity indicating the origin of the call. It would have to be inferred based on some assumptions. Making such assumptions is never a guarantee and thus not a good idea. In Unity, origin of a call will really only come into play when some call routing rules based off of origin is being used. Were you looking at creating routing rules based off of origin?
