Unity slow response

When I call Unity from the an IP phone and enter my password it takes about 30-40 secs before it says my name. Also, there has been times when a user will never here his/her name. It seems like Unity is responding real slow or doesn't understand the caller inputs. Anybody experience this before?

Running Unity 2.4.6(102).

i saw a similar issue over at answer monkey you should head there

in the others case it was the wrong switch type

tac said

"The incorrect switch file has been selected, and it is causing both issues you mention. Make sure from the SA switch page that the correct swith has been selected. If this is a dual-integration system, also make sure the port enumerations are correct on the ports page."
