Hi,
Currently running CUCM 9.X (VM) with 250+ User Licence and we are planning to upgrade 11.X(VM), what will be the step? kindly share.
First, we need to download COP?
After upgraded to CUCM 11.X we will migrate to BE.

you have to initially download the cop file.
it will be direct upgrade since you are just upgrading from existing software version to new version.
you can achieve it either form Callmanager OS administration page - Upgrade [only if you are running 9.1(X)] or using PCD utility. could you please reply wiht you correct version and what version that you decide to upgrade.

hi Sayed,
no, and please find the another thread one of the expert mentioned that "Licenses won't be upgraded automatically. Once u upgrade successfully to CUCM11.x, call manager would run in DEMO period for 60 days. You can share the PLM generated request file with licensing@cisco.com to get permanent licenses."
