upgrade from 3.2.3 to 4.02a

I have a customer that won’t to upgrade from CM 3.2.3 to 4.02a. Now I know that it is possible but are there any triggy problems or any advice on the upgrade. I know that the IVR script and extended services is a problem. That else shut be on my possible list.

Any advice is appreciated.

You can use Cisco CallManager Upgrade Assistant Utility 4.0(2) to check the health of your server before upgrading
