I am the PM for a project to upgrade our Contact Center from UCCX to UCCE with Calabrio as the WFM tool. I've asked about porting historical UCCX call data to Calabrio WFM so that it can be used when we begin to use UCCE (Calabrio WFM is compatable with UCCE but not UCCX) and have been advised that it's too complex and we will have to build data once the UCCE upgrade is completed. Are there any other options, it would be unfortunate to lose 2 years worth of UCCX ACD data which would be used immediately when we stand up UCCE. Thank you.
