Upgrade License

i can't find a doc that explains how to upgrade a license. i have Unity 4.02 and need to add more VM users. i have the new license file, where do i go from here.

This is covered in the installation guide - the 4.0(x) install guide can be found here:

The section you want is the "modifying the Cisco Unity 4.0 system". In there is a section on how to apply the license file using the license configuration wizard if you have failover or you don't.
