Upgrade of SX20 from ce8.X to ce9.X via CUCM

I am attempting to upgrade SX20 from cx8.X to ce9.X, I have installed the cop.sgn on both servers in the cluster and I in the units logs that it attempts to download the files but fails...I can see the load file in / of the server.

Update:

Worked with TAC and it was determined that the Load file within the Device Defaults for the SX20 didn't have the .pkg extension on it...updated/saved and restarted TFTP and the devices upgraded without issue.
