Upgrading from Unity 4.0.2 to 4.0.3

I'm having a problem upgrading. I downloaded CD1 from cco, and the install process from website http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_installation_and_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080205abd.html#wp1254683 says that there is a setup.exe file on CD1, but there isn't one. Then I just ran CUICA and tried to click 'Run the Unity Setup Program' and that will not kick off. what's the deal?? any ideas??

Have you have run CUSPA from the 403 SP1 cd/download?

There is a setup on CD1 but I suspect you might have gone to this page

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-40

instead of

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/Tablebuild/tablebuild.pl/4yutni0

Yes I did run the CUSPA on the 4.0.3 cd1 already, and applied whatever was needed. my problem now is that i downloaded the CD from cco and setup.exe wasn't included as well.
