Urgent :configuring cisco webattendant

hello

I have installed the cisco web attendant in a client pc. And connected the pc

to the ip phone 7960 access port.i also configured the settings page in cisco web attendant.

But when i sign in following error is shown,

Phone device not attached , check the mac address with the corresponding mac address in the ip phone.

But the correct Mac has been given.

make sure you have the device associated with the 'ac' user
