Using Line Groups and VM

I have a Line Group that has 2 phones in it. I have the Line Group set to broadcast. If neither one of those phones pick up, I need the call to go to a generic VM box. Example: Call Broadcast--->3402 & 3404--RNA-->3400 VM box.

The Line Group will not allow you to use translation patterns or CTI Ports and it does not read the "Call Forward No Answer" settings of the phones in the Line Groups. Has anyone else accomplished this?

I don't believe this is possible in 4.0. It requires some of the new call coverage features of 4.1.
