we installed a did vic in one of our offices and this is what we get from a debug voip ccapi inout when a call comes in. It does not ring on our side at all and the caller gets an immediate busy. The voice ports and the dial peers are both set to did and connected to the correct ports. Any help would be appreciated.

Without seeing your config, I can see there is no called or calling number in the debug.

5d17h: ssaCallSetupInd finalDest cllng(....), clled()

You then get the disconnect cause of 0x1. This means the router couldnt route the call due to a bad number or in your case no number. The call came in on dial-peer 11 and was handed to the default peer.

Without a called number coming in the router drops the call. DID only works when the called number is sent with the call. On an FXS or FXO the called number doesnt come in a setup message. Remove the DID and try your call. Your results may be different.
