VIC-2FXS/DID outbound capability

Can the VIC-2FXS/DID card support outbound PSTN calls when in DID mode or is it like the VIC-2DID card that does not support outbound calls?

No, it won't support outbound call when in DID mode. I had the same question before and I confirmed with Cisco IP telephony guy that outbound call won't work.

Hello,

I have a similiar question. Considering I am using the VIC-2FXS/DID card for inbound calls to some DIDs on the CallManager Side, should caller ID work as well as the DID feature? I am getting some indications from the service provider that they will support Analog DID "OR" Call Display (and not both) and for some reason, that is not sounding correct. Anyone have any ideas?
