We have Centralized call processing scenario with CCM cluster in HQ and SRST gateway at the remote office. Question is: when WAN goes down, can we still access VM (Unity) which resides in HQ side ? Thanks for help.

You can access voice mail, you just need to put in under call-manager-fallback the voicemail command followed by a full PSTN number that goes through to voicemail at HQ.
If you're using PRI then you should go direct to the mailbox (you may have to add the number that each extension shows up as on the PSTN to the alternate extensions list in the subscriber settings on Unity).
If you're using FXO or something to access the PSTN in SRST mode you may need to do some more work, but it's still possible...

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for quick help. So in case if we have a local VM at remote site, when WAN goes down, should remote IP phones still be able to access to their local VM ? if it should, please instruct me what to do in SRST router. Thanks again.
