VNC 4.0 for CallManager 3.3(4)

Is it possible to install VNC 4.0 on a CallManager 3.3(4) server with OS 2-5sr7. I need to perform OS updates and upgrades for 7 servers with several reboots. The problem is that when VNC 3.3 is installed and the server is locked down via ctrl, alt, del, you cannot gain control over the server. I know VNC 4.0 allows this option. Any information woukld be great. Thanks.

I've used the version of VNC supplied with CM and had no problems getting access.... have you got VNC installed as a service?

If the screen is locked you can right click the title bar once you have a connection and use the option to send a CTRL+ALT+DEL combination...
