Currently I am running 3.1.1 and I am using the I3 system for voicemail. The problem that has arose is that sometimes the Phones that have multiple extensions on them run into problems with the voicemail. The problem being when you press the messages button on the 7960 it takes their second line of hook and dials into the I3 instead of using their 1st line which is there primary line. Has anyone ran into this problem or know a fix for it?
