Voip peer redirecting to alternate number, when link is down.

I would like to redirect calls from a voip peer to an alternate local CCME number, when the destination network is down. Can this be done?

it might be doable if the pstn gw is different than the cme router - utilizing preferences to differientate your voip dial peers.

Can you point a voip-peer to a number and not just an IP address? Because then I can use preferences and this will work.
