Want to know Primary and secondary configuration on call manager and voice gateways

Hi All,

Hope you all are doing well, I wanted to know that we have two different PRI service provider and we want to one of them is primary and another secondary. We have two service provider with 4-4 dedicated incoming lines. Please provide me configuration part which are required in this case and how would I configure one SP for primary and another SP for secondary lines.

Use a route group in CUCM to create a prioritized list of devices with your primary listed first and your secondary next. Add the route group to a route list and assign the route list to a route pattern(s).

For complete Gateway configuration you can refer to the guides below, but for PRI redundancy you need to create dial-peers and specify the prefernce:
