Web Attendant 1.1.1 Directory line status

Does the new version of web attendant still display the status of the user phone in the directory listing. At the moment I have a symbol of a telephone handset with a question mark next to it.

If web attendant should display the status, is there anything you have to configure?

You do not need to configure anything.

Please try the following : Just make sure that you configured the IP address of the active CallManager in the Cisco Attendant Console. If you only put the IP address of the standby CallManager, the status is not known.
